Attorney Fred Neff

With over thirty years of experience, Fred Neff is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota. He has previously served as an investigator, prosecutor, and private attorney handling criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Neff is an accomplished author, having written 19 books.

Throughout the course of his years of practice, attorney Neff has handled a range of simple and highly complex cases for clients across the state of Minnesota and elsewhere in the United States. He is a recognizable name in the legal and local Minnesota communities, priding himself on maintaining his favorable reputation through hard work, dedication, and strict adherence to high standards of professionalism and ethics. Fred Neff has received numerous awards, including the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal in 2004, the Wisdom Award in 1998, the Presidential Medal of Merit in 1990, Honors Certificate For Authors-Children's Reading Roundtable of Chicago 1988, the Lamp of Knowledge Award from the T.C.L.G. in 1986, Creative Thinker Award for Lawyers in 1986, the WCCO Good Neighbor Award in 1985, the HLS Justice Award for Lawyers in 1985, a commendation for Distinguished Service from the Sibley County Attorney's office in 1980 and the St. Paul Citizen of the Month Award in 1975, Additionally, Mr. Neff has consistently been included in Who's Who in America. He was recently featured in the July 2007 issue of Twin Cities Luxury and Fashion Magazine.

Attorney Theresa Freeman

Ms. Freeman has practiced law for over 23 years. Her experience is extensive, and includes working for the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and working as a staff attorney in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. Attorney Freeman has spent the last twenty years as the Managing Attorney for Neff Law Firm, P.A. She provides clients with tailored and aggressive representation in employment discrimination issues, criminal defense, bankruptcy, civil litigation, along with many other types of cases. In addition to her work with clients, attorney Freeman is involved in many legal and community organizations.
