I referred an extremely complex wrongful death case to Fred Neff, who did an outstanding job on it. Fred Neff had an investigator take aerial photos of the death scene and then blow the pictures up to illustrate what took place at the time the death occurred. This was one of the many things that Neff Law Firm P.A. did to bring the truth to light on this very important case. Fred Neff gathered all evidence, interviewed witnesses, went over the death scene thoroughly, found expert witnesses and found out what truly caused the terrible tragedy. Through Mr. Neff's hard work a solid case was built showing the history of the death scene, the background that preceded the action, the engineering principles, people involved, all safety considerations, applicable law and the true cause of the loss of life. Based upon the excellent work done by Fred Neff, the case reached an outstanding result.

The legal background and accomplishments of attorney Fred Neff over the last thirty two years are well known to me. I can remember back in the 1970's when Fred Neff was involved as a lawyer in a huge anti-trust case that worked out very well for his client. During the same period of time, I also recall Mr. Neff working on a complicated case involving a business against a city that again worked out beautifully for Mr. Neff's client. Over the years, I can recall Fred Neff also successfully defending people charged with crimes. One of Fred Neff's areas of concentration is the handling of very complex employment and/or discrimination claims. I recall reading about one of the sophisticated cases he was handling involving a large group of people who were being retaliated against by an employer. Fred Neff has handled many whistleblower cases. Having dealt with Fred Neff for many years, having read about his masterful handling of cases, and hearing positive statements about him from others, I knew he was the right person to represent me when I was involved in complicated civil litigation. When I tried to reach Fred Neff for an appointment, I found it very easy. Mr. Neff was friendly and very interested in hearing about my situation.
