Disorderly conduct

A disorderly conduct charge involves accusations that a person in a public or private place knowing or having reasonable grounds to know that it will alarm anger or disturb others, provokes an assault or breach of the peace. This could include brawling or engaging in fighting, fighting, unlawfully disturbing an assembly or meeting, engaging in the use of offensive language and noisy conduct tending reasonably to rouse alarm anger in other people.
